  • 200 gms mince chicken

  • 1 nos large onion chopped in cubes

  • 1 nos green chilli chopped

  • 1 nos capsicum chopped in cubes

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp meat masala

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 nos small tomato puree


  • Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli and onions.
  • When onion turn translucent add ginger garlic paste. wait till raw smell goes away
  • Add turmeric powder , salt and tomato puree and Cover till it leaves oil.
  • Add red chilli powder, mince chicken and cover for 5 minutes.
  • Now add meat masala, capsicum and mix it well. Add some water if required and let it simmer till meat is cooked.
  • Kheema is ready to Serve hot with naan or paratha.
