Season chicken generously with salt and pepper
In a non stick pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and cook 8 minutes on each sides
Remove chicken. Add remaining oil, garlic, thyme rosemary and saute until fragrant
Add milk, parmesan, lemon zest, mix well
Add salt and pepper and bring to simmer
Add chicken and cook until sauce thickens slightly
Serve chicken hot, add sauce on top with parsley as garnish
