Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos boiled eggs


  • 1 nos onion,small


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1/4 cups milk


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 2 nos small cardamom


  • 3 nos clove


  • 1 inch cinnamon stick


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1/4 tsp shahi jeera


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder

Directions

  • Boil the eggs, cut them into half and keep them ready.
  • Grind the onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste together.
  • In a Kadai add ghee, when it's hot add the shah jeera and the whole garam masalas -cardamon, clove and cinnamon
  • After a minute add the ground paste, cook for a minute then add the curd.
  • Add Jeera powder, salt, sugar. Saute everything till the masala is cooked and the oil starts to separate.
  • Add milk, bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Finally add the cream, mix it. Place the half eggs and sprinkle garam masala powder from the top.
  • Keep it covered for 20 minutes for the flavors to blend well and then serve with Roti, Parantha or naan.
