Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Eggs 4 -5

  • Oil 1/2 tablespoon

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4th teaspoon

  • Salt to taste 1/4 th teaspoon

  • Chaat masala /Amchur powder / raw Mango powder 1/4 th teaspoon

  • Red chilly powder 1 pinch

  • Everest chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  • 01

    Take all eggs in a sauce pan and sufficient water and boil them for approximately 5 minutes

  • 02

    Let them cool little and remove peels

  • 03

    Cut them in equal halves vertically and keep aside

  • 04

    Heat some oil in a frying pan and sprinkle turmeric powder and place all cut egg halves

  • 05

    Sprinkel black pepper powder, red chilly powder, Everest chaat masala and salt to taste

  • 06

    Cook on low heat and keep turning in between

  • 07

    Sprinkle some chopped coriander and it's ready to serve

  • 08

    Serve it as snack, starter or in breakfast

  • 09
