Ingredients
Serves 2
Eggs 4 -5
Oil 1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4th teaspoon
Salt to taste 1/4 th teaspoon
Chaat masala /Amchur powder / raw Mango powder 1/4 th teaspoon
Red chilly powder 1 pinch
Everest chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
Directions
Take all eggs in a sauce pan and sufficient water and boil them for approximately 5 minutes
Let them cool little and remove peels
Cut them in equal halves vertically and keep aside
Heat some oil in a frying pan and sprinkle turmeric powder and place all cut egg halves
Sprinkel black pepper powder, red chilly powder, Everest chaat masala and salt to taste
Cook on low heat and keep turning in between
Sprinkle some chopped coriander and it's ready to serve
Serve it as snack, starter or in breakfast
