Ingredients

  • 3 nos egg


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tbsp fresh curry leaves


  • 3 tbsp peas


  • 1 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1 piece onion


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp asafoetida(hing)


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt as required


  • 1 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp chili sauce


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1 nos green pepper,finely chopped


  • 2 tsp green coriander,finely chopped


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 nos chopped tomatoes

Directions

  • Boil the egg in lots of water exactly 12 mins. Then Discard the water and run them through cold water
  • Remove the shells off the egg with and make 4-5 cuts on the eggs. Make sure the eggs don't break. Set aside
  • In a pan heat oil. And add mustard seeds and let then splutter. Add Asafoetida and curry leaves.
  • Put finely chopped onion in it. Add finely chopped tomatoes and peas
  • Mix green chilies, tomato caps, chili sauce and salt well.
  • Now add cumin powder chut masala and lemon juice over it.
  • Garnishing with Coriander Leaves
