1. Take chicken and potato slices in a dekchi, marinate with salt,cumin powder & turmeric powser for 1/2 an hour2. Insert a pointed rod into chicken & potato pieces3. Roast chicken and potatoes on a medium flame till 75%4. Remove 75% roasted chicken and potato slices on a plate5. Heat oil in a kadai6. Add chopped onions and saute on a medium flame7. Add salt and mix well8. Add roasted chicken and potato slices and mix well9. Cover for 10 to 15 mins and put some water on the lid10. Meanwhile grind together dry coconut, green chilli andgaram masala powder 11. Remove the lid and saute for sometime12. Add ginger garlic paste and garam masala powder and mix well13. Add coriander leaves and green chilli paste and coconut mixture and mix well14. Remove in a serving bowl15. Add flattened rice and mix well16. Mouth watering Chicken Bhujing is ready to serve17. Serve hot as a starter
