250 gms chicken, boneless and cut in cubes
1/2 cups onions,sliced
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cups chickplea flour or besan
1/3 cups rice flour
1/2 litre oil for deep drying
Directions
Clean the chicken pieces and drain the access water.
Marinate with rest of the ingredients for 15 minutes
Sprinkl some water if it's too dry
Heat oil in a Kadhai. Keep the flame at low
Take some and make a ball and directly put in the hot oil
Fry in all sides till done
Serve chicken pakora with sauce
