Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 250 gms chicken, boneless and cut in cubes


  • 1/2 cups onions,sliced


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cups chickplea flour or besan


  • 1/3 cups rice flour


  • 1/2 litre oil for deep drying

Directions

  • Clean the chicken pieces and drain the access water.
  • Marinate with rest of the ingredients for 15 minutes
  • Sprinkl some water if it's too dry
  • Heat oil in a Kadhai. Keep the flame at low
  • Take some and make a ball and directly put in the hot oil
  • Fry in all sides till done
  • Serve chicken pakora with sauce
