Ingredients

  • Chicken 500 gms

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilly Paste 1 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp

  • chopped tomatoes 2 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp

  • Cloves 2 nos

  • Cardamom 2 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Refined Oil 3 tbsp

Directions

    Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt and keep aside for an hour.

    Heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadhai, add the bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, Cinnamon, followed by the chopped garlic.

    Now add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.Then add the marinated chicken and simmer.

    Then add the powdered masalas and cook further.

    Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till chicken is done. Add little water for gravy. Add coriander leaves and serve.
