Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken 500 gms

  • Hung Curd 2 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp

  • Red Chily Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

  • Roasted cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp

  • Mustard oil 1 tbsp

    Whisk the hung curd with all the mentioned ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces in for few hours.

    Now put them on skewers and roast/bake them in the tandoor or oven. I baked them at 180℃ in a preheated oven for 25 minutes .
