Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups chicken keema


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp black pepper


  • 1 tbsp parceley


  • 1 tbsp thyme


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos onion ,chopped


  • 1/2 cups yellow,green,red bell peppers finely chopped


  • 1/2 cups tomato puree

Directions

  • Take a bowl,put keema in it
  • Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp thyeme
  • Add egg white
  • Add bread crumbs in a bowl and mix well
  • Make small balls from the mixture
  • Heat some oil in a fry pan
  • Shallow fry balls in the pan
  • Keep fried balls aside
  • Put onion in the same pan
  • Add chopped bell pepper and dry ingredients as soon as onion becomes soft and mix
  • Add tomato puree and mix a little and add tomato sauce
  • Put ready balls in the sauce and mix
  • Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 mins
  • Serve hot in a plate and enjoy yummy chicken Albondigas
