Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken Keema 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tbsp

  • Parceley 1 tbsp

  • Thyme 1 tbsp

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Bread Crumbs 1 tbsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • Onion ,chopped 1 nos

  • yellow,green,red bell peppers finely chopped 1/2 cups

  • Tomato Puree 1/2 cups

Directions

    Take a bowl,put keema in it

    Add 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp thyeme

  • 03

    Add egg white

  • 04

    Add bread crumbs in a bowl and mix well

  • 05

    Make small balls from the mixture

  • 06

    Heat some oil in a fry pan

  • 07

    Shallow fry balls in the pan

  • 08

    Keep fried balls aside

  • 09

    Put onion in the same pan

  • 10

    Add chopped bell pepper and dry ingredients as soon as onion becomes soft and mix

    Add tomato puree and mix a little and add tomato sauce

    Put ready balls in the sauce and mix

  • 13

    Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 mins

    Serve hot in a plate and enjoy yummy chicken Albondigas
