METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add sliced onion and fry till brown.
Add chicken pieces,ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 4 - 5 mins.
Add green chilly paste and mix well.
Add almond paste,black pepper powder ,green cardamom powder and whole dried milk / mawa and simmer the gas and cover it.
Add salt and curd and mix well.
Add cream and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
Add 1 cup of water and cover the lid for 5 - 6mins.
Chicken fully done add 1 tbsp clarified butter / ghee and mix well.
Serve with chapati or naan.
