Ingredients

1kg-Chicken
Basmati rice-1 kg
Tomatoes-2 (Chop into small pieces)
Onion Big size-1(Chop into small pieces)
Green chilli-6(Chop into 2 pieces)
Oil-500 ml
Salt for taste-2 tsp
Curd-1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 table sp
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Garam masala-2 table sp
Coriander-1/2 bunch (Chop into pieces)
Mint leave-1/2 bunch (Chop into pieces)
Fried onions-1 cup
Bay leaves-2
Marati moggu-2
Nut mug-1/2
Black cardamom-1
Cloves-8
Cardamom-8
Cinnamon stick-3
Shajeera-1 Tsp
Star anise-5
Nut mace-3
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Big Lemon-1/2 piece (Squeeze out juiece)
Directions
In a bowl put chicken, ginger garlic paste(full),1 tsp red chilli powder,I tsp garam masala pwdr, little salt Mix well all and marinate for 1 hour in a refrigerator. In a pan pour oil for deep fry, after oil becomes hot add marinated chicken pieces one by one and fry the pieces upto 70 percent (till pieces turns into golden brown color). Now take out chicken and keep aside. In another bowl add water (required for cooking rice),half of the spices,little oil salt and boil the water. Now add soaked rice and cook for 70 percent. In mean time, in another big pan add oil, remaining spices and fry little. Now add chopped onions, green chilli and fry till onion turns light golden brown color. Add chopped tomatoes, little salt and cook for 2 min. Now add turmeric, remaining chilli pwdr,garam masala pwdr and mix well Add little chopped coriander,mint leaves,curd,lemon water and cook for little. Now spread out chicken pieces and over that add cooked rice,fried onions remaining coriander , mint leaves. Cook for 15 min on low flame with lid closed. Now mix the gravy with rice from bottom slowly. Serve the delicious and tasty fried chicken biryani with raitha.
