Boiled Eggs 6 nos
Bread Slices 8-10 nos
Butter for grilling 2 tbsp
FOR CHUTNEY: - mint leaves 1 cups
Corriander leaves 1/2 cups
Garlic cloves 2-3 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 nos
For chutney: - Add all ingredients in a grinding jar and grind until smooth paste.
Take boiled eggs and cut in to thin slices.
Take bread slices and cut them with a round shape cutter.
Apply butter on bread slices.
Then apply green chutney on it.
Place egg slices on it.
Top up with another bread slice.
Apply butter on both sides of bread.
Grilled it in a griller.
Yummy egg sandwich is ready.
Serve with green chutney.
