Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Eggs 6 nos

  • Finely Chopped Onion 1 nos

  • Finely Chopped Green Chilly 1 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Balck Pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Grated Cheese 2 tbsp

  • Oil for greasing 1 tbsp

Directions

    Break the eggs in to a bowl.

  • 02

    Add onions, green chilly, Salt and pepper and cheese in it. Beat properly.

    Heat appam pan on low flame.

  • 04

    Grease it with little oil.

  • 05

    Pour egg mixture in appam pan. cover it with a lid.

  • 06

    After one minute flip off the egg appam with help of a knife or spatula.

    Again grease the top and flip off.

  • 08

    Cook until done. with in 2-3 minutes it's ready.

  • 09

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
