Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos eggs


  • 1 nos finely chopped onion


  • 1 nos finely chopped green chilly


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp balck pepper


  • 2 tbsp grated cheese


  • 1 tbsp oil for greasing

Directions

  • Break the eggs in to a bowl.
  • Add onions, green chilly, Salt and pepper and cheese in it. Beat properly.
  • Heat appam pan on low flame.
  • Grease it with little oil.
  • Pour egg mixture in appam pan. cover it with a lid.
  • After one minute flip off the egg appam with help of a knife or spatula.
  • Again grease the top and flip off.
  • Cook until done. with in 2-3 minutes it's ready.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
