Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms chicken


  • 1 nos onion-big finely chopped


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/ tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp ginger - garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 4-5 nos garlic pods


  • 8-10 nos byadagi chilli/kashmiri chilli


  • 4-5 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves-finey chopped

Directions

  • First marinate chicken with curd,salt,redchilli powdee,turmeric,garam masala powder,cumin powder and ginger garlic paste
  • Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour
  • Soak kashmiri chilli with some warm water for about 15 mins and grind with garlic pods with water untill smooth paste
  • Take a pan add oil and put sliced onion
  • Fry for 5 mins and next add marinated chicken and mix well
  • Cook for 15 mins
  • Next add in chilli and garlic paste and mix well
  • Check salt and adjust it according to ur taste
  • Close the lid and cook on low heat for another 10 mins
  • After 10 mins less spicy yet super tasty is ready to serve
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Note:- Can be served with Akki rotti,chapathi,dosa and can be eat with rice
