Ingredients

  • Chicken 250 gms

  • Onion-Big Finely Chopped 1 nos

  • Curd 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/ tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger - Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garlic Pods 4-5 nos

  • Byadagi Chilli/Kashmiri Chilli 8-10 nos

  • Oil 4-5 tbsp

  • Coriander Leaves-finey chopped 2 tsp

Directions

    First marinate chicken with curd,salt,redchilli powdee,turmeric,garam masala powder,cumin powder and ginger garlic paste

  • 02

    Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour

  • 03

    Soak kashmiri chilli with some warm water for about 15 mins and grind with garlic pods with water untill smooth paste

    Take a pan add oil and put sliced onion

  • 05

    Fry for 5 mins and next add marinated chicken and mix well

  • 06

    Cook for 15 mins

  • 07

    Next add in chilli and garlic paste and mix well

  • 08

    Check salt and adjust it according to ur taste

    Close the lid and cook on low heat for another 10 mins

  • 10

    After 10 mins less spicy yet super tasty is ready to serve

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • 12

    Note:- Can be served with Akki rotti,chapathi,dosa and can be eat with rice
