Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 kgs chicken


  • 3 tsp malai


  • 1 cups milk


  • 2 nos tej patta


  • 1 nos lemon juice


  • 8-9 nos tomatoes,pureed


  • 10 nos cashew paste


  • 4 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3 nos green chillies chopped


  • 1 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri lal mirch


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4 tsp oil


  • 4 tsp butter


  • 2 tsp tandoori masala

Directions

  • Marinate chicken for 3hrs in lemon juice ,tandoori masala and salt.
  • In a pan,put oil n butter. Put marinated chicken and fry on high for 5 mins.keep tossing in between.
  • Keep it aside.
  • In a same pan,put tej patta and ginger garlic paste.saute till pink.
  • Now add tomato puree, cashew paste,salt, tandoori masala,green chillies and garam masala
  • Cook till oil leaves the sides.
  • Add chicken,cream and milk.Cover and cook till done.
  • Lastly add kasoori methi and Garnish with fresh coriander,cream and butter.
