Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Malai 3 tsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Tej Patta 2 nos

  • Lemon Juice 1 nos

  • Tomatoes,Pureed 8-9 nos

  • Cashew Paste 10 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 4 tsp

  • Green Chillies Chopped 3 nos

  • Kasoori Methi 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 4 tsp

  • Butter 4 tsp

  • tandoori masala 2 tsp

Directions

    Marinate chicken for 3hrs in lemon juice ,tandoori masala and salt.

    In a pan,put oil n butter. Put marinated chicken and fry on high for 5 mins.keep tossing in between.

    Keep it aside.

    In a same pan,put tej patta and ginger garlic paste.saute till pink.

    Now add tomato puree, cashew paste,salt, tandoori masala,green chillies and garam masala

    Cook till oil leaves the sides.

    Add chicken,cream and milk.Cover and cook till done.

    Lastly add kasoori methi and Garnish with fresh coriander,cream and butter.
