Ingredients
Serves 6
Chicken (Boneless chicken breast) 250 gms
Butter milk 1/2 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour 3/4 cups
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Directions
Cut chicken breast into small cubes (Smaller the piece crispier it will be). Marinate the chicken pieces with butter milk and salt and refrigerate about 2 hrs (or over - night for best result)
Mix all the above ingredients dry ingredients in a zip lock bag or in a plastic bag and shake thoroughly to mix well. (bag size should be such that it has sufficient space to shake the mix)
Put the chicken cubes little by little to this mix and shake well again to get the chicken cubes coated with the flour mix (while shaking hold the plastic bag firm. Take the flour coated chicken cubes out of the bag & slowly shake out excess flour in the chicken using hand.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the chicken pieces in the medium hot oil till golden brown (till done). Serve immediately with tomato sauce...!!!Enjoy...!!!
