Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgs chicken keema


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 3 nos green chillies paste


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chili


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 2 tbsp fried gram flour(besan)


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves


  • 2 tbsp cashew powder


  • 4 tbsp grated cheese


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Firstly Wash and drain the keema, then again make fine paste.
  • Then take bowl put keema, Onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, red chilli powder, salt, cashew powder and fried gram flour.
  • Than mix it nicely, if required add gram flour more.
  • Now take Grated cheese and mix coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and mix it properly and keep aside.
  • Now take Keema dough and make small kebab and take cheese mixture and Stuffed into it, like this make all kebabs.
  • Then put the nonstick panon the gas and add sprinkle oil and swallow fry all Kebabs.
  • Served with any types of dip, sauce, Chutney.
