Chicken Keema 1/2 kgs
chopped onion 1 nos
Green Chillies Paste 3 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
red Chili 1 tsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Fried gram flour(Besan) 2 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves 2 tbsp
Cashew powder 2 tbsp
grated cheese 4 tbsp
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Firstly Wash and drain the keema, then again make fine paste.
Then take bowl put keema, Onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, red chilli powder, salt, cashew powder and fried gram flour.
Than mix it nicely, if required add gram flour more.
Now take Grated cheese and mix coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and mix it properly and keep aside.
Now take Keema dough and make small kebab and take cheese mixture and Stuffed into it, like this make all kebabs.
Then put the nonstick panon the gas and add sprinkle oil and swallow fry all Kebabs.
Served with any types of dip, sauce, Chutney.
