  • Chicken 500 gms

  • Onions Paste: Onions 4 nos

  • Green Cardamom 4 nos

  • Bay Leaf 2 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

  • Khus Khus Paste 2 tbsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • MAce 1 piece

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Cream 2 tbsp

  • Clarified Butter 1/2 tsp

  • Whole Black Pepper 2 nos

  • Cloves 2 nos

  • Cinnamon Stick 1 inch

  • Black Cardamom 1 nos

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

    METHOD: Heat one tbsp clarified butter in a panAdd chicken pieces and saute for 10 mins.and strain it,Again heat clarified butter in a pan.Add bay leaf,green cardamom,black cardamom,mace,cloves,whole black pepper and cinnamon to crackle.Add onion paste and fry till brown.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and khus khus paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins.Add chicken pieces and mix well.Add one cup of water and cook cover  till 15 - 20 minsAdd cream and mix well..Serve hot with rice
