Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs boneless chicken


  • 2 nos big onions cut in cubes


  • 1 nos capsicum cut in cubes


  • 2 nos spring onions cut in slices


  • 2 tsp salt according to taste


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tbsp corn starch


  • 2 cups oil for frying as required


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 1 inch finely chopped ginger piece


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic


  • 1 tbsp for marination: ginger garlic paste


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 2 tbsp refined flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black peppercorn powder


  • 1 tsp soya sauce

Directions

  • Wash chicken nicely and remove excess water.
  • Add salt and pepper, ginger garlic paste , corn flour, Refined flour and soya souce in it. Mix well and keep aside for 30 min.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fried the marinated chicken.
  • Drain it on absorbent paper.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped garlic, ginger, green onion and green chillies in it. Saute for five minutes on high flame.
  • Add onions and capsicum in it. Saute for five minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper, soya souce, Tomato sauce and vinegar in it. Mix well.
  • Now add fried chicken pieces in it. Stir well.
  • Add two table spoon corn starch in one cup water. Mix well and pour it into the chicken.
  • Cook for five minutes.
  • It's ready. Garnish it with onions green.
