Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Boneless Chicken 1 kgs

  • Big Onions cut in cubes 2 nos

  • Capsicum cut in cubes 1 nos

  • Spring Onions cut in slices 2 nos

  • salt according to taste 2 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Soya Sauce 2 tsp

  • Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Corn Starch 2 tbsp

  • Oil for Frying as required 2 cups

  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

  • Finely Chopped Ginger piece 1 inch

  • Finely Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp

  • For Marination: Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Eggs 2 nos

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

  • Refined Flour 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Black Peppercorn Powder 1 tsp

  • Soya Sauce 1 tsp

Directions

    Wash chicken nicely and remove excess water.

    Add salt and pepper, ginger garlic paste , corn flour, Refined flour and soya souce in it. Mix well and keep aside for 30 min.

    Heat oil in a kadai and deep fried the marinated chicken.

    Drain it on absorbent paper.

    Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan.

    Add chopped garlic, ginger, green onion and green chillies in it. Saute for five minutes on high flame.

    Add onions and capsicum in it. Saute for five minutes.

    Add salt and pepper, soya souce, Tomato sauce and vinegar in it. Mix well.

    Now add fried chicken pieces in it. Stir well.

    Add two table spoon corn starch in one cup water. Mix well and pour it into the chicken.

    Cook for five minutes.

    It's ready. Garnish it with onions green.
