Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms chicken


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 nos chopped onion


  • Green chillies6-7 nos green chillies


  • 1 cups coriander leaves &stems


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 1 nos cinnamon


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp refined oil

Directions

  • Make a paste of green chillies nd coriander leaves & stems together with very little water.
  • Heat a kadhai with with refined oil, add the bay leaf, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon.
  • Once they smell, add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
  • Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few more minutes. Then add the green chilly nd coriander paste. Stir and add the chicken pieces.
  • Add salt and coriander powder and give it a mix. Cook on a low flame till the chicken is almost done.
  • Add water for the gravy and bring upto boil.Give a final check for salt and serve.
