Whisk the egg with cornflour, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, salt.
Add the chicken pieces into it and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat ample amount of oil in a kadhai and deep fry the marinated chicken. Strain them and keep aside.
Now in another pan, heat some oil and add the ginger paste, followed by the garlic paste. Then add the onion paste and saute till golden brown.
Now add rest of the things mentioned in the ingredients.
Stir and add little water and cook till masala is done.
Add the cooked chicken pieces and coat them well.
Add the chopped coriander leaves and ginger julienne, serve.
