chicken cut into pieces 1 kgs
large tomatoes puree 5-6 nos
dried chipotle chill soak in hot water 4 nos
Dried Ancho Chilli Soak in hot watr 2 nos
Garlic Cloves Crushed 10-12 nos
Ginger Paste 2 tsp
Oil 6-7 tsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder 1 tsp
Peprika 1 tsp
Puree soaked chilli into fine paste.
Heat oil in pan add garlic,ginger then add tomato puree and cook till oil seprates then add chilli puree and again cook for 10 min then add all dry spices and salt .
In another pan heat oil and add chicken ,season it with salt and cook it till goden then add this to prepared tomato puree..
Cook chicken by covering it for 25 min then garnish with fresh coariander.
