Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chicken cut into pieces 1 kgs

  • large tomatoes puree 5-6 nos

  • dried chipotle chill soak in hot water 4 nos

  • Dried Ancho Chilli Soak in hot watr 2 nos

  • Garlic Cloves Crushed 10-12 nos

  • Ginger Paste 2 tsp

  • Oil 6-7 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Peprika 1 tsp

Directions

    Puree soaked chilli into fine paste.

  • 02

    Heat oil in pan add garlic,ginger then add tomato puree and cook till oil seprates then add chilli puree and again cook for 10 min then add all dry spices and salt .

    In another pan heat oil and add chicken ,season it with salt and cook it till goden then add this to prepared tomato puree..

  • 04

    Cook chicken by covering it for 25 min then garnish with fresh coariander.
