boneless chicken 4 piece
small capsicum chopped 1 nos
onion chopped 1 nos
Grated cheese 6 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Egg,beaten 1 nos
bread crumbs 1 cups
ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Directions
Churn raw chicken pieces to a normal paste without adding anything.
In a pan ,put 2tsp oil and add ginger garlic paste.
Thn Put onions and saute till translucent.add salt to taste.let it cool .
Now in churned chicken add breadcrumbs,egg,onion mixture,chopped capsicum and all the spices.
Mix them nicely and keep in fridge fr half n hr.
Now make flatten balls and grill on pan with some oil.
These tikkis tastes best in chicken burger.
