Ingredients
Serves 5
Chicken ,washed 1/2 kgs
Thinly Sliced Onion 1 nos
Small Onion,chopped 1 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Salt` 1/2 tsp
Tej Patta 2 nos
Laung 1 nos
Black Peppercorns 8-10 nos
Sukha dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
green chillies chopped 3 nos
oil for cooking 4-5 tsp
kasoori methi 1 tsp
fresh coriander 3 tsp
Directions
Boil chicken in cooker adding chopped onions, ginger garlic paste ,salt ,red chilli powder and sukha dhaniya
1 whistle on high and 15 mins on sim.
In a pan,pour oil.put whole spices and thinely sliced onions.
Saute till golden.
Add boiled chicken alongwith stock(if any).
Add powdered spices and green chillies.
Saute till oil leaves the sides.
Sprinkle kasoori methi.toss gently.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve hot.
