Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500 gms chicken


  • 3 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1/4 tsp elaichi powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder


  • 3 nos bay leaves


  • 1 nos laung


  • 3 nos chopped onions


  • 4 tsp fresh coriander


  • 2 cups curd

Directions

  • Marinate chicken in salt and whole curd for 3 hrs.
  • In a pan,Add 2tsp oil.
  • Put bay leaves,laung,elaichi & cinnamon powder and chopped onions.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Add marinated chicken and fry few seconds on high.
  • After 2mins on high frying, cover and cook on sim till tender.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Serve hot.
  • You can eat chapati also because due to enough quantity of curd it becomes very juicy and tasty
