Ingredients

Serves 5

  • chicken 500 gms

  • ginger garlic paste 3 tsp

  • cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp

  • Elaichi Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Bay Leaves 3 nos

  • Laung 1 nos

  • chopped onions 3 nos

  • Fresh Coriander 4 tsp

  • Curd 2 cups

Directions

    Marinate chicken in salt and whole curd for 3 hrs.

    In a pan,Add 2tsp oil.

  • 03

    Put bay leaves,laung,elaichi & cinnamon powder and chopped onions.

    Fry till golden brown.

  • 05

    Add marinated chicken and fry few seconds on high.

  • 06

    After 2mins on high frying, cover and cook on sim till tender.

  • 07

    Garnish with fresh coriander.

  • 08

    Serve hot.

  • 09

    You can eat chapati also because due to enough quantity of curd it becomes very juicy and tasty
