Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp

  • Flour Tortillas 4 nos

  • White Onion chopped 1/4 cups

  • boneless chicken diced into 1/2" inch pieces 300 gms

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • green chillies finely chopped 4-5 nos

  • Cooked Black Beans 3/4 cups

  • Enchiladas Sauce 1 cups

  • Shreeded Cheese 1 1/2 cups

  • Cilantro for garnish 2 tbsp

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180, grease square or rectangular dish

  • 02

    Heat oil in a pan, saute onions until soft

  • 03

    Add green chillies, pepper and salt, saute for few seconds

  • 04

    Add chicken and mix well. Cook for 8-9 minutes. Keep it aside

  • 05

    Place tortilla on a plate, apply sauce all over tortilla. Add spoonful of black beans, chicken and 1 tbsp cheese in centre

  • 06

    Roll the tortillas and placs in greased pan. Do until all tortillas are completed

  • 07

    Add remaining sauce on top of tortillas

  • 08

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top

  • 09

    Bake for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm
