Ingredients

  • Chicken 400 gms

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Amchur 1/2 tsp

  • Jeera Powder 1 tsp

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • Dhaniya Powder 1 tsp

  • Elaichi 3-4 nos

  • Moti elaichi 1 nos

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • kaali mirch coarsely crushed. 15-0 nos

  • Lemon Juicw 1 nos

Directions

    Add oil in Kadai and put kooti kaali Mirch,chhoti elaichi and moti elaichi.

    Now put ginger garlic paste.saute till golden brown.

    Add marinated chicken pieces , cover cook for 15mins.

    Lastly add jeera powder,dhaniya powder,anchor & garam masala powder.

  • 05

    Garnish with fresh coriander.

  • 06

    Serve hot with mint coriander chutney and onions.
