Diced chicken and coat lightly with flour which has been seasoned with salt and pepper .
Fry Chicken in batches in hot oil until golden brown or until chicken is cooked through .
Remove from oil , drain on paper towel.
Pour off excess oil leaving 1 tablespoons in a pan .
Add ginger and garlic to the pan , saute gently one minutes .
Add diece capsicum and onion and bell peppers saute for 1 minutes .
Add honey and stir for 1 minutes .
Add combined cornflour , water , Chilli sauce , lemon juice and soy sauce .
Stir until sauce boils and thicken .
Add Chicken pieces toss in sauce for 3 minutes or until chicken is heated through .
Add sliced shallots , cook for a further minutes .
Serve with Veggie masala rice .
