Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kgs

  • Thick Curd 1 cups

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

  • Fried Onion 2 tbsp

  • Cashew Nuts(grinded to paste with 1/4a cup milk) 15 nos

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander Seeds(Dry roasted and crushed) 2 tbsp

  • Fresh Coriander Leaves 3 tbsp

  • Oil 1/2 cups

  • Coal 1 piece

Directions

    Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mix cover and keep aside for 1 hour (leave the oil & fresh coriander).

    Heat oil add the marinated chicken cook on high flame for 1 minute, wait for a boil on high flame then cook on medium flame covered till the oil comes on surface.

    Now add the fresh coriander leaves and mix well.

    Heat the coal.

    Place a foil in the middle of the chicken and keep the hot coal into the foil, now put oil 1/2 tsp into the coal, cover till the smoke settles.

    Serve hot with paratha or puri..!!
