  • Dhaniya Powder 1 tsp

  • Haldi 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 4-5 tsp

  • Tamatar 3-4 nos

  • Sabut masale( long,kalimirch,tejpatta,taj ) 4-5 piece

  • Dahi 2 tsp

  • Namak (swad anusar) 1 1/2 tsp

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Hara dhaniya 2 tsp

    2) ab pen me oil dale. Bad me jeera dale. Phir jeera chatkne k baad barik kata hua pyaj dale.
