Ingredients

  • 500 gms chicken


  • 2 nos medium size onion


  • 1-1/2 tsp lahsun, harimirch, ginger pest


  • 1 tsp lal mirch


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 4-5 tsp oil


  • 3-4 nos tamatar


  • 4-5 piece sabut masale( long,kalimirch,tejpatta,taj )


  • 2 tsp dahi


  • 1 1/2 tsp namak (swad anusar)


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 tsp hara dhaniya

Directions

  • 1)pressar cookar me sabut masale pani orchikan thoda namak dal kar 1whistle laga le
  • 2) ab pen me oil dale. Bad me jeera dale. Phir jeera chatkne k baad barik kata hua pyaj dale.
  • 3) pyaj ko golden hone tak bhune.phir garlik chili gingar pest dal kar bhune.
  • 4) ab tometo pyori ko dale. Or ache se chalaye.jab pest me oil chodne lage to sare sykhe masale or namak dal k bhune.
  • 5) ab cari pest me dahi ko milaye. Or ache se chalaye. Taki dahi mix ho jaye . Bad me chikan ko cookar me se nikal kar pen me dale . Or ache se bhune.
