Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 gms for tanduri marination: chicken


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp roasted besan


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp aamchur powder


  • 2 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1 nos onion cut into squares


  • 3 nos tomato,large chopped


  • 1 tsp green chilly paste


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 nos capsicum cut into squares


  • 2 nos for gravy: chopped onion ,large


  • 3 nos chopped tomatoes,large


  • 1/2 cups cashew


  • 1 tsp green chilly paste


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 6 tbsp oil


  • 3/4 cups fresh cream

Directions

  • Firstly marinate chicken with all marinade including mustard oil, Salt, spices keep for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil ad chopped onion and saute until soft, as tomatoes and again cook till soft.
  • Grind cashew with little water and ad in.
  • Ad all spices, Salt and cook on high flame. Switch off the gas and let it cool and make fine paste of it.
  • In. Same pan and 2 tbsp oil and ad marinated chicken and cook until done from both side.
  • Now in other pan heat 2 tbsp oil ad prepared paste, 1/2 cup water and cover the lid and cook till oil separates.
  • Ad cooked chicken pieces, some water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Just before serving pour cream over it. Serve hot
