1/2 cups tur dal
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard
250 nos red chilly
1 pinch asafoetida
1 sprig curry leaves
Directions
Soak tur dal in water for 15 min
Pressure cook tur dal by adding cup of water for 3 whistles
Smash finely
Temper mustard,Cumin seeds,asafoetida,Red chilly and curry leaves in ghee
Add the tempering to smashed dal
Serve with hot rice
