Corn Starch 1 cups
Maida 1/2 cups
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Cayene Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
kasmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
ginger,garlic,onion powder 1 tsp
Butter Milk 1 cups
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Dry Thyme, Oregano Powder 1 tsp
In a bowl add corn starch,maida,and all spices mix them all then add butter milk and make thick paste then first coat chicken in dry flour and then in this wet mixture and coat evenly.
Deep fry till crisp. You can double deep fry for extra crispiness.
You can air fry and bake as well at 200.c for 20 min.
