Chicken 1/2 kgs
Biryani Rice 2 cups
Yoghurt 1 cups
Black Pepper Corn 1 tsp
Cloves 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 inch
Ghee 1/2 cups
Green Cardamom 1-2 nos
Bay Leaf 1 nos
Salt to Taste 2 tsp
red chilli ,turmeric ,coariander powder 1 tsp
green chilli 4-5 nos
onions 2 nos
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
wheat flour for making dough 2 cups
Directions
Heat a deep handi add ghee then add onions thinly chopped and fry till golden then take it out.
In same ghee add whole spices and cook then add powdered spices and add gunger,garlic paste,green chilli and cook for 5 min then add chicken and cook for 15 min then add yougurt and all powdered spices and cook for 5 min then take half mixture out.
In another pan heat water double of rice and cook rice till half done then drain it.
Then layer rice with chicken then cover it with flour dough to give dum then cover lid and cook for 35 min on low to medium flame then at last add fried onion and fresh coriander.
