Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 250 gms chicken boneless


  • 1 nos onion:big finely chopped


  • 1 tsp garlic


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 1 tsp green chillies, chopped


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 3-4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Put the boneless chicken pieces into the mixer grinder and make a paste.
  • Take a bowl and add lemon juice to tenderize the chicken and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Now put all the ingredients except oil into the chicken and mix it so that all the flavours get into it.
  • Make small balls of the mixture and flatten it in between your palm to give a shape of kebabs.
  • Heat tawa pour some oil and shallow fry the kebabs till golden brown in colour by flipping the kebabs occassionally.
  • Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
