Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp dry active yeast


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 90 ml warm water for kneading


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 1/2 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tbsp garlic,minced


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 cups vegetable (onions, tomato, capsicum, olives)


  • 1/4 cups chicken, roasted in black pepper and shredded


  • 1/2 cups mozzarella, cut in dallops

Directions

  • In a small bowl, take 1/2 cup water, add sugar and yeast. Rest for 15 minutes till the yeast activates.
  • In a large bowl, mix together salt and all purpose flour. Once the yiest activates, pour it in the flour and the remaining water and knead a soft dough. Rest for 45 minutes for the dough to double.
  • Meanwhile, Heat oil in a pan, add tomato puree, minced garlic, salt, paprika and black pepper powder. Mix and cook till it thickens and forms a sauce consistency.
  • Cut the vegetables as per your preference.
  • After the dough has doubled, knead it once again and flatten on a pizza pan with the help of hands. Do not use rolling pin for pizza base
  • Prick the base with fork, speed the sauce, then the chicken and veggies. Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake it @230 degree for 25-30 minutes.
