Penne 2 cups
chicken, cooked and shredded 1 cups
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Shallot,chopped 1 nos
garlic, peeled and minced 1 nos
oats powder 2 tbsp
Milk 1 1/2 cups
Salt or to taste 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Sharp Cheddar ,grated 1/2 cups
Processed Cheese,grated 1/2 cups
Parmesan,grated 1/4 cups
Cook the Penne as per packaged instructions.
Drain the Penne and keep aside. Reserve a cup of stock
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add shallots and minced garlic. Cook till the shallots are translucent.
Add oats powder and mix well. Once mixed, add the milk and bring to a sauce consistency.
Add salt to taste and black pepper powder along with other herbs and red chilli flakes.
Add processed cheese and cheddar cheese and cook till the cheese melts.
Add the cooked Penne and mix. Add the reserved stock of you feel it's too thick.
Now transfer the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle grated Parmesan and bake @180 degree for 25-30 minutes or the sides are partially golden.
Enjoy Chicken Penne with cheesy garlic bread or Focaccia or you may relish as it is..
