  • Moong Dal bhigi hui 1 bowls

  • maida 1 bowls

  • refined oilfor deep fr 2 cups

  • sauf 2 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • hing 2 pinch

  • water for required 2 cups

    Soak soaked moong dal on night. Now in the morning grind the dal cruising. Now mix the anise, salt, asafoctida, and red chilli in the lentils and mix it well. Dough by adding salt and refined in the flour. Fill the mixture into small flour and fill it in the mixer and bring it the bell. Now they are fried in oil. Ready to serve you eat.
