Ingredients

  • 1 cups besan


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt ya according to taste


  • 1 pinch cooking soda


  • 1 cups oil fry karnevke liye


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 cups curd


  • 3 tbsp besan


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 4-5 nos curry leaves


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt ya according to taste


  • 1/4 tsp chilly powder


  • 1 tbsp desi ghee ya oil


  • 2-3 nos kashmiri red chilly( dry)


  • 1/4 tsp chilly powde


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • Besan me salt , chilly powder aur cooking soda mix kare aur water milaa kar pakare ke liye batter bana le.
  • kadhai me goll goll pakode sekh le golden brown hone tak.
  • kadhi ke liye-:
  • kadhai me oil garam kare hing aur cumin seeds daale curry leaves aur haldi powder daale aur chilly powder daale.
  • Curd ki fet le aur besan milla kar paani mix kare yhoda sa aur gholl bana le.
  • Ab kadhai me besan ka gholl daale aur jaroorat anusar water mix kare.
  • salt daale aur thodhi der chalate hi rahe.
  • jab kadhi thick hone lage tab pakode mix kare
  • Thodha pakane ke baad gas off kar de .
  • Tadka pan me ghee daale aur cumin seeds , red chilly powder aur dry kashmiri chilly daale .
  • ye tadka kadhi ke upper daale.
  • Rice ya chappati ke saath serve kare.
