  • bitter gourd 1/2 kgs

  • Achar Spice 2 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp

  • Kalunji 1/2 tsp

  • Fennel Powder 1 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Luke Warm Mustard Oil 1/2 cups

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Dry mango Powder 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Remove the skin of bitter gourd n cut in circle shape..

    Then deep fry all bitter gourd on medium flame till it become golden brown n crispy..

    Then take a bowl..

  • 04

    Put fried bitter gourd ,cumin n fennel powder,kalunji ,salt ,n all spices in it n mix it well

    Then add mustered oil in it n mix it well

  • 06

    Pickle is ready
