Ingredients

Serves 2

  • potatoes ( boiled and diced) 250 gms

  • green chillies- finely chopped 2 nos

  • Tomato-small,chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic Cloves-Finely Chopped 4-5 nos

  • Curry Leaves 6-7 nos

  • Cortiander-chopped 1/4 cups

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Gujararti Dal Shaaka Masala 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 20 tbsp

  • Asafoetida 1/4 tsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Heat a pan with little oil. Add mustard seeds. When it crackle add asafoetida, green chilli, curry leaves, chopped garlic.

    Add turmeric and coriander powder. Add boiled diced potatoes and salt. Mix well.

    Add Gujarati Dal shaak masala and chopped tomatoes and coriander, stir well. Cook for 6-7 minutes.

    Lasaniya Bataka is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped Coriander
