Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cups khoya


  • 1/2 cups chhana(cottage cheese)


  • 1 tbsp maida


  • 1/3 tsp eating soda


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 5-6 cups medium thick sugar syrup


  • 1/2 cups ghee


  • 1 cups oil


  • 1 tbsp milk


  • 3-4 drop rose water

Directions

  • Take maida , Khoya, chhana,cardamom pwd and soda, mix it properly and make a dough. Donot add water.
  • Rest for 30 minutes
  • Divide the dough into small balls and shape it like langcha.
  • Heat oil and ghee both togather and deep fry them on low flame till colour was brown.
  • Dip the langchain in the warm sugar syrup for 2-3 hours.
  • Meanwhile to make topping, mix little ghee with milk powder and microwaving for 1 minute and it becomes crumble.
  • Take out langchafrom the sugar syrup and decorate with milk powder crumble.
