Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Khoya 1 cups

  • Chhana(Cottage Cheese) 1/2 cups

  • Maida 1 tbsp

  • Eating Soda 1/3 tsp

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Medium Thick Sugar Syrup 5-6 cups

  • Ghee 1/2 cups

  • Oil 1 cups

  • Milk 1 tbsp

  • Rose Water 3-4 drop

Directions

    Take maida , Khoya, chhana,cardamom pwd and soda, mix it properly and make a dough. Donot add water.

    Rest for 30 minutes

    Divide the dough into small balls and shape it like langcha.

    Heat oil and ghee both togather and deep fry them on low flame till colour was brown.

    Dip the langchain in the warm sugar syrup for 2-3 hours.

    Meanwhile to make topping, mix little ghee with milk powder and microwaving for 1 minute and it becomes crumble.

    Take out langchafrom the sugar syrup and decorate with milk powder crumble.
