Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups semolina


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp urad dal


  • 1 cups oil


  • 1 tsp eno fruit salt


  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 3 tbsp chopped capsicum


  • 5-6 nos curry leaves

Directions

  • In a bowl add semolina, curd, coriander, capsicum and salt mix well.
  • Cover with lid and Rest for 10 minutes.
  • In a pan add 2 tsp oil heat it up and add mustard seeds, urad dal roast slightly.
  • Now add curry leaves roast slightly.
  • After 10 minutes add tadka in semolina batter and mix well.
  • Now add eno fruit salt in batter and mix well.
  • In a tadka pan add oil and heat it.
  • Pour the idli batter on it and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Flip the side again cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now our idli turns into golden colour remove from tadka pan.
  • Enjoy tadka pan idli with tomato ketchup and coconut chutney.
