Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Semolina 1 cups

  • Curd 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

  • Urad Dal 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 cups

  • ENO Fruit Salt 1 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander 3 tbsp

  • chopped capsicum 3 tbsp

  • Curry Leaves 5-6 nos

Directions

    In a bowl add semolina, curd, coriander, capsicum and salt mix well.

    Cover with lid and Rest for 10 minutes.

    In a pan add 2 tsp oil heat it up and add mustard seeds, urad dal roast slightly.

    Now add curry leaves roast slightly.

    After 10 minutes add tadka in semolina batter and mix well.

    Now add eno fruit salt in batter and mix well.

    In a tadka pan add oil and heat it.

  • 08

    Pour the idli batter on it and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

    Flip the side again cook for 2 minutes.

    Now our idli turns into golden colour remove from tadka pan.

    Enjoy tadka pan idli with tomato ketchup and coconut chutney.
