Barfi 1/2 cups
Wheat Flour 1 cups
Water 1/2 cups
Sesame Seeds 1 tsp
Clarified Butter 1 1/2 tsp
Take a bowl
Add flour n clarified in it n mix it well
Then add water in it n make fine dough..
Then take small ball of dough..
Flat it n fill small ball of barfi in it..
Fold it n again make a ball
Then roll it with the help of rolling pin .
N make paratha shape
Then grease the tawa with some clarified butter
Put paratha on tawa n spread little clarified butter on the both side of paratha
Cook both side of paratha on medium flame.
When it become crispy n golden brown its done
