Method for kachori
Take a big bowl
Add plain flour ,salt,chili n clarified butter in it n mix it well
Then add water in it n make fine dough..
Method for stuffing..
Take a wok..
Add clarified butter in it..
When it become hot add onion puree in it n saute it..
Then add sesame seeds n all spices in it n cook it for a while..
Then add sattu in it n mix it well n cook it for 4mins on slow flame.
Add coriander leaves in it n mix it well..
Stuffing is ready..
Then take a small ball of dough..
Flat it n fill sattu stuffing in it n again fold it n make kachori shape.
Then deep fry all kachories till it become golden brown..
Method for bele..
Take a bowl
Add gram flour ,salt n all spices in it n mix it well
Then add water in it n make a dough
Then take little ball of dough..
Roll it n with the hands n make little bele
Method for kadi
Take 1/2 cup of water n all 1/3 cup of gram flour in it n mix it well n make fine batter
Then take a big bowl
Add butter milk ,spices n gram flour batter in it n mix it well
Then take a wok
Add spicy buttermilk in it..n boil it for 2 mins on high flame..
Then add mung chilka pulse n bele in it n boil it on slow flame for 30 mins
When kadi become little thick its done
Pour it on kachori..sprinkle chopped onion n coriander leaves on it n serve hot..
