Serves 4

  • For outer cover of the daugh -maida/ all perpose flour 1 cups

  • ghee/ oil 3 tsp

  • Salt/as per taste 1/4 tsp

  • water for kneeling the Daugh 1/2 cups

  • For stuffing -grated Paneer 1 bowls

  • green chilli paste 1 tsp

  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • salt/ as per taste 1/4 tsp

  • Oil for deep frying 1 bowls

    In a vessel add all the ingredients of daugh and kneed the dough for kchori.

    Keep the daugh rest for 10 minutes.

    In a bowl add the All theĀ  ingredients of stuffing and mix well.

    Now make the small same size balls from the stuffing of the kachori.

    Now make the big same size balls from the daugh of the kachori.

    Roll the big and thick roti from the big daugh balls help of pin rolls and cut the small poories from the roti with the cookies cutter.

    Now take a kadai or a deep frying vessel and put the oil and let it heat.

    Now take out the Poori and stuff with the paneer stuffing andĀ give them kachori shape.

    Now deep fry the kachori on slow to midium flame until crispy and brownish in colour.

    Paneer Ki Kachori is ready serve with chatany. Eat and enjoy paneer Ki Kachori.

    Tips :Kachoris First frying on low flame after that on midium flame will help the kachoris get cooked properly and crispy.
