  • 1 cups for outer cover of the daugh -maida/ all perpose flour

  • 3 tsp ghee/ oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt/as per taste

  • 1/2 cups water for kneeling the daugh

  • 1 bowls for stuffing -grated paneer

  • 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1/4 tsp salt/ as per taste

  • 1 bowls oil for deep frying


  • In a vessel add all the ingredients of daugh and kneed the dough for kchori.
  • Keep the daugh rest for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl add the All the  ingredients of stuffing and mix well.
  • Now make the small same size balls from the stuffing of the kachori.
  • Now make the big same size balls from the daugh of the kachori.
  • Roll the big and thick roti from the big daugh balls help of pin rolls and cut the small poories from the roti with the cookies cutter.
  • Now take a kadai or a deep frying vessel and put the oil and let it heat.
  • Now take out the Poori and stuff with the paneer stuffing and give them kachori shape.
  • Now deep fry the kachori on slow to midium flame until crispy and brownish in colour.
  • Paneer Ki Kachori is ready serve with chatany. Eat and enjoy paneer Ki Kachori.
  • Tips :Kachoris First frying on low flame after that on midium flame will help the kachoris get cooked properly and crispy.
