Ingredients
Serves 2
Besan 2 bowls
Onion chopped 2 bowls
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Oil 250 gms
Directions
Get chopped onion in a big bowl
Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,and mix well like smashing
Keep it aside for 5 min.
Add besan in the onion till we can mix
Don't add too much water add vry little water
Heat the oil and make fritters ,deep fry it as usual both the sides
Serv with sauce or green chutney
